Description : 1. The Philippine Institute for Development Studies (PIDS) intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Nine Hundred Thousand Pesos (PHP9,900,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Conduct of PIDS Survey on the RCT Cohort Component of the 4th Impact Evaluation of Pantawid Pamilya.
2. The PIDS now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for the abovementioned procurement. This RCT cohort study is interested in analyzing the impact of timely receipt of Pantawid Pamilya program inputs on the health, nutrition, cognitive development, and educational outcomes of children. To support the impact evaluation, a survey will be conducted to collect primary data on education, health, and economic decisions of the treatment and the control group.
The sample for the study will be drawn from the treatment and control barangays used in the Randomized Control Trial (RCT) of the Pantawid Pamilya first impact evaluation.
