Description : Please quote your lowest price for the conduct of the following mandatory analysis of Physical and Chemical Parameters on water samples, subject to the conditions also listed below, stating the shortest time of delivery and submit or email your quotation duly signed by your authorized representative.

Parameters:
1. Cadnium (Cd)
2. Lead (Pb)
3. Nitrate (NO3)
4. Color Apparent (CU)
5. Turbidity (NTU)
6. pH
7. Arsenic (As)
8. Total Dissolved Solids (TDS)
9. Disinfection Residual (Residual Chlorine/ Chlorine Dioxide)

Kindly take note that two (2) test results are required for each parameter from every Pump Station (26 Pump Stations).

NOTE:

1. Water sample examination shall be performed only by DOH accredited laboratories with their duly certified personnel and comply with the procedural change in water analysis with the highest quality of service through establishment, documentation and effective operation of a Quality Service.
