1. The National Housing Authority, through the Board - Approved Work Program and Corporate Operating Budget for FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Six Million Two Hundred Thirty-Five Thousand Five Hundred Twenty-One Pesos and 14/100 (Php. 6,235,521.14) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for RFEI-WS-2025-12-061: Conduct of Lot Status, Survey Works and Processing of Special Patent and Lot Titling for 400 Lots of AO 503 - Manila Cadastre, Tondo, Manila. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
