Description : Item 1. 2-day function good for 90 participants inclusive of the following:
AM snacks (bread/pastries and drinks);
Lunch(buffet: rice, 3 main courses, soup, soft drinks, dessert); PM snacks (bread/pastries and drinks); with free flowing coffee (coffee, sugar, creamer, cup, saucer, teaspoon); with free use of venue good for the required no. of pax (air-conditioned room, tables, chairs, whiteboard, whiteboard marker, eraser, podium); with free provision of tarpaulin (4ftx8ftx2sets) as backdrop and welcome banner; with free us of audio/sound system (at least with 3 wireless microphone, 3 wired microphone, with individual mic stand); with free use of projector screens (with at least 10-meter-long HDMI port and cable, HDMI splitter, and with audio jack and cord); with free Wi-Fi (good internet connectivity for the required no. of pax); with sufficient PARKING SPACE for participants vehicles; PLENARY HALL that can cater 90 pax for 2 days; 1 complementary room per day for 2 days

Good for 90 pax for two (2) days for a total cost of P108,000.00
