Description : The Department of the Interior and Local Government- Nueva Ecija, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites all PhilGEPS registered suppliers to apply for eligibility and to participate in the negotiation for the Food and Accommodation for 2 days for the conduct of FY 2025 Mid-Year Review and Strategic Planning cum Team Building Activity with ABC amounting to P 120,000.00 in accordance with Section 53 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (R-IRR) of Republic Act No. 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.

Interested suppliers are required to submit valid a) Business Permit; b) Mayor-s Permit; c) PhilGEPS Number and Registration Certificate; and d) Price Quotation on or before 05:00 P.M. of June 25, 2025 to the DILG Nueva Ecija Provincial Office, Ramoso Street, Old Capitol Compound, Cabanatuan City or thru email at dilgr3.nuevaecija@gmail.com.
