Invitation to Bid for THE Conduct of FUNTAWID Day

The Local Government Unit of Las Nieves, through the Budget for the Contract approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of two hundred ninety eight thousand two hundred pesos (Php 298,200.00) only for Lot 1 (Catering Services), eleven thousand pesos (Php 11,000.00) only for Lot 2 (T-shirt), four thousand nine hundred ninety eight pesos (Php 4,998.00) only for Lot 3 ( Tarpaulin), and three thousand four hundred pesos (Php 3,400.00) only for Lot 4 (Garlands) , being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Conduct of FUNTAWID Day . Bids received in excess of each item/lot of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The Local Government Unit of Las Nieves now invites bids for Catering Services to be used for the FUNTAWID Day. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 calendar days.
