The venue is within Tandag City, Surigao del Sur, with air-conditioned rooms that can accommodate for a breakaway session. A free sound system and wireless microphones must be provided in both the plenary and Breakaway sessions. Th venue should have good internet connectivity throughout the area, preferably 80mbs. A standby power generator must be available in case of power interruptions, Unlimited water, coffee, and hot drinks should be provided to the participants in the session halls. A buffer for at least 5people should be available. The venue must strictly adhere to a "No bed sharing policy" . Room toiletress must be provided in air conditioned rooms. Other terms and conditions regarding the activity will be coordinated with the designated focal person.
