1. The Barangay Government of Salsalamagui, Vintar, Ilocos Norte, through the Barangay Development Fund (BDF) for FY 2024 and FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Twenty Thousand Four Hundred Forty Pesos and Twenty Centavos (Php 620,440.20) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Concreting of Roads, Construction of Canal Lining and Improvement of Multi-Purpose Building at Brgy. 16 Salsalamagui, Vintar, Ilocos Norte with Project Identification Number B16-25-1023. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
