Description : 1. The Municipal Government of Roxas, Isabela has an available fund from the unexpended CY 2017 and 2019 Tobacco Excise Tax Funded Projects and it intends to apply the sum of Fourteen Million Pesos Only (Php14,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Concreting of Road at Luna St., Mabini St., Malvar St. and Roxas St., San Antonio, Roxas, Isabela /LGU-ROX-CWC-ET-18-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipal Government of Roxas, Isabela now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Two Hundred (200) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
