INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
Concreting of Road Gaps Phase 9 with Exception (Early Procurement Activity) - 2nd Bidding

1. The City Government of Butuan, through the AIP FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Thirty Million Two Hundred Forty Two Thousand Pesos (Php 130,242,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Concreting of Road Gaps Phase 9 with Exception (Early Procurement Activity) - 2nd Bidding. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Butuan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Three Hundred (300) Calendar day/s. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
