1. The LIPAY-DINGIN OF IBA, ZAMBALES, through the 20 % Development Fund intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED NINETY-THREE PESOS ONLY (₱1,170,293.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for the project;
