Invitation to Bid for the Concreting of Road at Catugay, Baggao, Cagayan

1) The Municipality of Baggao, through the SHORT OF AWARD intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Eighty-Nine Thousand Six Hundred Twenty-Two Pesos and 44/100 (PhP 1,989,622.44) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Concreting of Road at Catugay, Baggao, Cagayan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
For the purpose of early procurement authorized under Section 12 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 12009, the proposed budget under the FY 2026 shall be used as basis. Further, consistent with the requirement in the same Section 12.4, no award of contract shall be made until the approval and effectivity of the FY 2026 Annual Budget.
