25-RIMSRD306- CONCRETING OF ROAD AT BRGY. KUYA - BRGY. SAN JOSE (PHASE 1), SOUTH UPI, MAGUINDANAO DEL SUR

1. The Ministry of Public Works-Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (MPW-BARMM), Maguindanao Del Sur District Engineering Office, through the General Appropriation Act for the Bangsamoro (GAAB 2025) intends to apply the sum of Php 13,580,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 25-RIMSRD306 - Concreting of Road at Brgy. Kuya - Brgy. San Jose (Phase 1), South Upi, Maguindanao Del Sur. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Ministry of Public Works-Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (MPW-BARMM), Maguindanao Del Sur District Engineering Office now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 105 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
