1. The Ministry of Public Works-Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (MPW-BARMM), Maguindanao Del Sur District Engineering Office, through the General Appropriation Act for the Bangsamoro (GAAB 2025) intends to apply the sum of Php 13,095,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 25-RIMSRD270 - Concreting of Road at Brgy. Kitango, Datu Saudi Ampatuan - Brgy. Kalumamis, Guindulungan, Datu Saudi Ampatuan, Maguindanao Del Sur. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
