Description : The Sangguniang Barangay of Barangay San Manuel, Tarlac City through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites all prospective bidders to apply for eligibility and subsequently bid for the:

a. Name of Project: Concreting of Road @ Blk. 2
b. Contract Location: Barangay San Manuel, Tarlac City
c. Approved Budget for the Contract: Php. 355,973.00
d. Bild Document Fee: Php. 500.00

Interest eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of BAC, Barangay San Manuel, Tarlac City, Email-Address: brgy.sanmanuel.tarlaccity@gmail.com. The pre-bid conference will be held on September 8, 2025, at Barangay Hall, Barangay San Manuel, Tarlac City.

Sealed proposal in two (2) copies will be received by the BAC at Barangay San Manuel, Tarlac City at exactly Eight Thirty O`clock in the morning, September 15, 2025, at which time and place the said proposal will be opened and read in the presence of Bidders or Bidders` representative who choose to attend. Late submission will not be accepted.

All bids submitted must be accompanied by a Bid Security equivalent to tow percent (2%) of the total Bid Price.
