Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR
CONCRETING OF PROVINCIAL ROAD AT SAN CARLOS, NAUJAN, ORIENTAL MINDORO

1. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro (PGOM), through the 20% DF 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Ninety Two Thousand Nine Hundred Forty Nine Pesos and 90/100 (Php 1,992,949.90) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Concreting of Provincial Road at San Carlos, Naujan, Oriental Mindoro (IB No. CW-2025-281)”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro (PGOM) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 50 calendar days. Bidders should have a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
