The Municipal Government of Mangaldan, Pangasinan, through the Municipal Budget of Mangaldan, Pangasinan intends to apply the lump sum of One Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Five Thousand Two Hundred Thirty-Four 78/100 Pesos (Php 1,995,234.78) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CON-CRETING OF PATHWAY AT MANGALDAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, BRGY. GUILIG, MANGALDAN, PANGASINAN with Identification Number: MMP-PB-2025-031 Lump Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening provided that each project does not exceed the project cost as follows;
