The Provincial Government of Agusan del Sur, through the 20% PDF-2026 intends to apply the sum of Thirty Three Million Four Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 33,400,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Concreting of NRJ (Sibagat) Tabon-tabon-Magsaysay-Poblacion Circumferential Road (Santa Maria Section) at Sibagat, Agusan del Sur with Contract Ref No. 26-01 RD. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
