1.The Local Government unit of Rosario has received a Loan in year 2023 from Landbank of the Philippines (LBP) and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this Loan to payments under the contract for the “Concreting of New Public Terminal Access Road, Poblacion, Rosario, Agusan del Sur” with a sum of Two million (2,000,000.00) pesos being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC).
