Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE CONCRETING OF MARINGIAN - DANAWAN - LUCBUAN ROAD
(MAGSAYSAY, PALAWAN)
1. The Provincial Government of Palawan, through the General Fund (OBR No. 300-25-02-00888) intends to apply the sum of Thirteen Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 13,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONCRETING OF MARINGIAN - DANAWAN - LUCBUAN ROAD located at MAGSAYSAY, PALAWAN (Project Reference No. B2 GF PEO 25-02-013). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Palawan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within one hundred eighty-four (184) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Reg... - Documents:
