Description : The Sangguniang Barangay of Barangay San Rafael, Tarlac City through its Bids and Awards Committe (BAC) invites all prospective bidders to apply for eligibility and subsequently bid for the:

a. Name of Project: Concreting of Local Road @ Sitio Valdez
b. Contract Location: Barangay San Rafael, Tarlac City
c. Approved Budget for the Contract: Php. 226,727.00
d. Bild Document Fee: Php. 500.00

Interest eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of BAC, Barangay San Rafael, Tarlac City, Email-Address: brgy.sanrafael.tarlaccity@gmail.com. The pre-bid conference will be held on March 21, 2025, at Barangay Hall, Barangay San Rafael, Tarlac City.

Sealed proposal in two (2) copies will be received by the BAC at Barangay San Rafael, Tarlac City at exactly Eight Thirty O`clock in the morning, March 26, 2025, at which time and place the said proposal will be opened and read in the presence of Bidders or Bidders` representative who choose to attend.
