Concreting of Local Road in Brgy. Bato, Arteche, E. Samar
1. The Local Government Unit of Arteche, Eastern Samar, through the Provincial Aide of the Provincial Government of Eastern Samar, F.Y. 2024 intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Pesos (P10,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Road Improvement of Brgy. Bato (Arteche) to Brgy. Cagpile (Oras) Farm to Market Road. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected on bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Arteche, Eastern Samar now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the works is required within One hundred thirty four (134) Calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184...
