Description : 1. The Municipal Government of Roxas, Isabela has an available fund from the unexpended CY 2017 and 2019 Tobacco Excise Tax Funded Projects and it intends to apply the sum of Fifteen Million Pesos Only (Php15,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Concreting of Local Access Road Connecting Sitio Pulong Tagalog in Brgy. Matusalem and Brgy. San Rafael, Roxas, Isabela /LGU-ROX-CWC-ET-09-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipal Government of Roxas, Isabela now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Eighty(180) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) ...
