The Municipal Government of Laak, Davao de Oro, through the General Fund (20% Development Fund) FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos (₱1,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Concreting of Kapatagan National High School Junction Road to National Highway @ Brgy. Kapatagan, Laak, Davao de Oro, PB(CW) PR No. 25-0072. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Government of Laak, Davao de Oro now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Seventy-seven (77) calendar days.
