The Municipal Government of Palanas, Masbate has received funds through the Local Government Support Fund - Support to the Barangay Development Program (LGSF-SBDP) of the NTF-ELCAC under FY 2024 General Appropriations Act, intends to apply the sum of Four Million Pesos (Php 4,000,000.00) to payments under the contract for the Concreting of Farm-To-Market Road at Barangay Salvacion at Brgy. Salvacion, Palanas, Masbate (Sta. 0+000 - Sta. 0+343). Bids in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.
