1.The Local Government Unit of Santa Teresita, through LGSF-SBDP 2024 (NTF ELCAC BATCH 7) intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P 4,500,000.00) ONLY being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONCRETING OF FARM TO MARKET ROAD PHASE 2, Barangay Dungeg, Santa Teresita, Cagayan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
