  Description : 1.) Contractors/Bidders must show proof of ownership that their company owns the following list of minimum construction equipment;
  
  A. One (1) unit EXCAVATOR
  B. One (1) unit ROAD ROLLER
  C, One (1) unit DUMP TRUCK
  
  The above-mentioned machineries must have the corresponding certificate of registration from the Land of Transportation Office under the bidders name. These equipment are to utilize during implementation of the contract and to guarantee that the quality and timeliness of the project will not be compromised.
  
  2.) Contractors/Bidders must have an experienced of having satisfactorily completed a Single Largest Completed Contract SLCC that is similar to the contract to be bid and whose value is at least fifty 50% percent of the ABC to be bid.
