THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BARANGAY MALA ESTE,through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC),invites distributions/suppliers to apply for eligibility and if found eligible, to bid for the hereunder contracts:

Source of Fund: FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FROM THE PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT
Prospective Bidders should possess a valid License appicable to the contract, have completed a similar contract with a value at least 50% of the ABC, and have key personnel equipment (listed in the Eligibility Forms) available for the prosecution of the contract.
The ABC will use non-discretionary pass/fall criteria in the Eligibility Checks/Screening as the Preliminary Examination of Bids. The BAC will conduct Post-Qualification of the lowest calculated bids.
