Invitation to Bid for Procurement of Materials for

CONCRETING OF BARANGAY ROAD AT PUROK 2

1. Barangay STA. CRUZ, intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY EIGHT PESOS ONLY(PhP 100,378.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase of Materials for the Concreting of Barangay Road at Purok 2 in Barangay Sta.Cruz, Bontoc, Southern Leyte. Bids received in excess of the Brgy. Hall shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay of Sta.Cruz now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required fifteen (15) days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
