  Description : The Province of Antique through the 20% NTA CY 2025 (Economic Development
  Sector) to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Twenty Seven Thousand Six
  Hundred Ninety Pesos and Forty Eight Centavos (1, 927, 690.48) being the Approved
  Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Concreting of
  Barangay Mayos to Barangay Mablad Farm to Market Road (Mayos, Barbaza,
  Antique). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid
  opening.
  2. The Province of Antique now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
  Completion of the Works is required Fifty (50) Calendar Days. Bidders should have
  completed a contract similar to the Project, within five (5) years from the date of
  submission and receipt of bids. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the
  Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
