The Municipality of Valencia, through the 20% DF-CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Sixteen Thousand Two Hundred Twenty-Two Pesos and 79/100 Only (₱ 816,222.79) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Concreting of Barangay Lunga Road at Purok 1 with POW No.25-02-0115. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
