1. The Municipality of Malabuyoc, through the Provincial Aid intends to apply the sum of Three Million Two Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty-Five Pesos and 72/100 (PhP 3,299,965.72) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Concreting of Barangay Access Road at Sitio Lower to Upper Barangay Lombo, Malabuyoc, Cebu with Advertisement Number 2025-084. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
