1. The Municipality of Malabuyoc, through the Provincial Aid intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Six Hundred Eight Pesos and 52/100 (PhP 2,999,608.52) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Concreting of Barangay Access Road at Sitio Alolong, Mindanao, Malabuyoc, Cebu with Advertisement Number 2025-081. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Malabuyoc now invites bids for the above procurement project, Completion of the Works is required within One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
