1. The Government of the Philippines (GoP) has received a Loan from the World Bank towards the cost of Philippine Rural Development Project and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this Loan to payments under the contract for the Concreting of Bagupaye to San Pedro FMR with Bridges /PRDP-SU-IB-R04A-QUE-006-MUL-001-2023-FMB.

2. The Municipal Government of Mulanay, Quezon, implementing partner of the Department of Agriculture, now invites bids for Concreting of Bagupaye to San Pedro FMR with Bridges. Completion of the Works is required by 754 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within the last ten (10) years, a contract similar to the Project.
