  Description : 1) The Municipal Government of El Nido, through the CY 2026 20% Development Fund (BDAF), intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱1,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONCRETING OF AVOCADO STREET FROM STA. 0+000 (NATIONAL HIGHWAY) TO STA. 0+120,
  BRGY. NEW IBAJAY, EL NIDO, PALAWAN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
