1. The Barangay Local Government of Romualdez, Rizal, Kalinga, through the Department of Social Welfare and Development Kapit Bisig Laban sa Kahirapan Comprehensive and Integrated Delivery of Social Services- Peace and Development Buong Bansa Mapayapa under General Appropriations Act for Fiscal Year 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Sixty-Two Thousand Eight Hundred Ten Pesos and Twenty-Eight Centavos Only (Php 1,162,810.28) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Concreting along Laguinday Farm to Market Road at Purok 3, Romualdez, Rizal, Kalinga and Project Identification - Public Bidding No. 25-06-004. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
