1) The Local Government Unit of Pili, through the 20% EDF 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Fifty Thousand (₱ 2,550,000.00) pesos being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Concreting of Access Road at Zone 7, Binanuaanan, Pili, Camarines Sur / Contract Number DBM-2025-009. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
