The Provincial Government of Nueva Ecija (PGNE), through the General Fund, intends to apply the sum of One Million Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (P 1,750,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Concreting of Access Road with Drainage System at Nueva Ecija Provincial Government Onion Cold Storage and Research Center, Palayan City, Nueva Ecija. Proposals received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of proposals.
