Description : The Municipal Government of Hadji Muhtamad, through the Local Government Support Fund (LGSF), intends to apply the sum of ₱10,000,000.00 as the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the Concreting of a 400-Meter Barangay Access Road at Brgy. Lubukan, Hadji Muhtamad, Basilan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected.

The Municipality now invites PhilGEPS-registered contractors to submit bids for the project. Works include all necessary road-concreting activities as indicated in the Plans and Specifications. Completion shall be within the period stated in the Bidding Documents.

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding, using a non-discretionary pass/fail criterion under the 2024 Revised IRR of RA 9184.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on December 5, 2025, 10:00 AM, at the Hadji Muhtamad Municipal Hall, Brgy Tausan, Hadji Muhtamad, Basilan Province.

Bid submission and opening will be on December 17, 2025, 12:00 NN, at the same venue. Late bids shall not be accepted.
