CONCRETING OF 70M F. MATAS STREET AT BARANGAY GREENFIELD, ARAKAN, COTABATO

1. The Local Government of Arakan, through the 20% DF /2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Fifty Thousand Pesos Php 1,050,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONCRETING OF 70M F. MATAS STREET AT BARANGAY GREENFIELD, ARAKAN, COTABATO/2025-I-2. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Arakan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Seventy Five Calendar days 75 Calendar Days Upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
