A. The Barangay Local Government Unit of Calao, Prieto Diaz, Sorsogon now invites bids for the procurement, construction, and delivery of materials for the Concreting of Pavement on Barangay Ecological Solid Waste Management Facility, with the Approved/Allocated Budget for the Contract (ABC) amounting of SIX HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 650,000.00).

Bids received in excess of the Approved/Allocated Budget for the Contract ABC shall automatically be rejected during the conduct of the bid opening without any further do;

B. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders.
