1. The Municipal Government of Malita, through the MEO - Concreting of Road at Sitio Lower Kidalapong - Brgy. Kidalapong, Malita, Davao Occidental intends to apply the sum of Two Million One Hundred Seventy Thousand Pesos Only (Php 2,170,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Concreting of road at Sitio Lower Kidalapong - Brgy. Kidalapong, Malita, Davao Occidental / #25036. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Government of Malita, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Sixty (60) calendar days from the receipt of approved Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within the last 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
