Description : EXTERNAL SERVICE PROVIDER MUST PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:
1. Must provide at least thirty-five (35) Desktop PCs to the four laboratories with the following specifications. Must not be below the minimum requirements provided.
a. Processor: Minimum of Intel Core i5 10th Gen or AMD Ryzen 5 5000 series
b. RAM: At least 8GB DDR4 3200 MHz or 8GB DDR5 5200MT/s, at least 16GB of memory for APU processors
c. Storage: 512GB SSD for faster performance and higher storage due to the installed applications
d. Graphics: NVIDIA GTX 1050Ti or AMD equivalent GPI-J
e. Other Requirements: 19" 1080p monitors, standard peripherals (mouse, keyboard, speaker, handsets and etc.), licensed operating systems and licensed software required upon request of the end user (e.g. software for simulation, rendering and accounting)
2. Must shoulder all initial costs pertaining to set-up and networking of all equipment within the laboratories (Desktop PCs, Printers, Networking Devices, Computer Tables, Chairs, and other materials needed for a functional laboratory).
