1. Provision & installation of a developed software/program on RPT, CTC, Form 51(General Collection & Business Tax)
2. The system can be link to other system of the LGU and extract soft copy of records to provide information and reports to other government agencies
3. Real Property Tax Assessment records can be migrated into the Treasury System for accuracy of data
4. The system supports a number of simultaneous users, can process financial and non-financial transactions including issuance of Official Receipts and shall be customize to generate reports that complies to the reporting formats of the Treasury
5. Continuous provision of a technical support in the running, testing and validation of the system and shall be rectified from any error or problems that may be discovered
