NOTICE FOR NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT

COMPUTER SOFTWARE (i-Document Management System (i-DMS) Office of the Mayor

1. The Municipality of Balamban, through the Mayor-s Office - Computer Software (Current Approp.) intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (₱ 400,000.00) being the total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract stated. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Balamban, now invites technically, legally and financially capable suppliers for the COMPUTER SOFTWARE (i-Document Management System (i-DMS). Delivery of Goods is required 30 days after the issuance of the Notice of Award.
