Qualifications
-With experience with Android SDK Android Studio, offline storage and performance tuning of Android apps, knowledgeable with remote data exchanges via REST APIs or similar and JSON/XML to web servers
-Familiarity with RCEF Monitoring & Evaluation Survey Android application and web portal to be updated, including its API intricacies and database structure.
-Published at least one original Android app related to data encoding and collection of surveys on rice production.
-Familiarity with common rice production activities across different regions
-Has experience on developing applications for data collection of farmer-respondents specifically on their social and economic characteristics, their rice management practices, and awareness to rice technologies.
-Within Nueva Ecija to facilitate face-to-face meetings & administrative matters and willing to report at PhilRice at their own expense
