Qualifications
- With experience in Laravel, Io
nic, PHP, MySQL, and MongoDB in creating web applications and information systems
- Experience in Python with Data Science & Artificial Intelligence is a plus
- Familiarity with the Rice Seed Monitoring System and RCEF Intervention Monitoring System to be updated, including its API intricacies and database structure.
- Preferably a resident in Nueva Ecija to facilitate easier face-to-face meetings & administrative matters and willing to report at PhilRice at their own expense.
- Must have published or uploaded an information system to production environment at least once.

-With own equipment like computer and mobile phone as well as internet connection for testing/checking of outputs
