-Annual Replacement of PM Kit
-Disinfectin/decalcification of the unit
-Clean interior space and exterior surface
-Check mains power supply (supply line and connectors)
-Suction tubing for disinfection and concentrate
-Tight seat of the tubing connectors, clamps and couplings
-Dialyser coupling membrane, o-rings and tubings
-Tight seat of clamps and couplings of inlet and outlet tubings
-Tight seat of boards and connectors (inc. mains connection in switch mode power supply
-Fan in power supply clean (if necessary)
-Clean dust filter of fan (rear door)
-Check/set pressure reducer (DMV) to 1.3 bar
-Check pressure of non return valves (RVDA, DDE, RVFPE, RVFPA)
-ENDLF sensor: Visual inspection
-BICLF sensor: Visual inspection
-Check and inspect Piston Pumps
-Check tight seat of driving elbow motor axis
-Switch on machine, Test Run
-Provision of PM-s Calibration Report and sticker for each equipment
