  The Presidential Management Staff (PMS), through Administrative Service - Procurement Management Division (AS-PMD), intends to procure Comprehensive Preventive Maintenance Service for the PMS Data Center-s Precision Air Conditioning Units (PACU) (see attached) with an Approved Budget for the Contract amounting to Nine Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos (₱980,000.00) through Section 34 (Small Value Procurement) of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act (R.A.) No. 12009.
  
  Please submit your duly signed quotation form including the Terms and Conditions (Annex A) together with the following documents not later than 31 March 2026 at 2:00 PM:
