of the Three (3) SELEX Weather Doppler Radar Systems at
Baler, Daet and Benguet Radar Stations - Re bid”
1. The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), through the authorized appropriations under the 2023 General Appropriations Act (GAA), intends to apply the sum of Twelve Million Eight Hundred Sixty-Eight Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (Php12,868,500.00) only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the “Comprehensive One-Year Triannual Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of the Three (3) SELEX Weather Doppler Radar Systems at Baler, Daet and Benguet Radar Stations - Re bid”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
